Fenwick & West seeks entry-level corporate associates from the Class of 2026 to join our General Corporate practice this fall. This role is open in any of our offices, with a particular need in our Bay Area offices (Silicon Valley or San Francisco).

Associates will work across the full range of corporate matters for clients from startup ventures to mature public companies. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full range of corporate matters, including startup/venture capital representation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
