Fenwick & West seeks mid-to-senior corporate associates with 3+ years in a sophisticated corporate practice, focusing on startup, venture capital and emerging company representations, for our Santa Monica, Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, and New York offices. Experience with technology and life sciences companies is preferred; M&A or capital markets exposure is a plus.

In-house candidates with law firm backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate law experience in startup/venture capital
• Experience with technology or life sciences companies preferred
• Barred or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
