Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate associate experience in startup, venture capital, or emerging company matters.
• Barred in the jurisdiction of application or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• M&A and/or capital markets experience with tech/life sciences clients is a plus.
