Job summary
Fenwick & West seeks mid-to-senior corporate associates with 3+ years in a sophisticated corporate law practice, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, in our Mountain View or San Francisco offices (also Seattle, Boston, New York, or Santa Monica).
In-house candidates with prior law firm experience are welcome to apply; bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required or eligible to sit/waive.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a sophisticated corporate law practice with startup/ VC focus.
- Bar eligibility or ability to sit for the next bar exam in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies is required.
