PULLMAN in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base in commercial, tech, education, and healthcare markets. You will develop relationships with owners, engineers, and general contractors while leading proposals and sales strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales in commercial construction, knowledge of the SF Bay Area market, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel 70–80% to meet business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree may be given preference.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience building relationships in the commercial market.
• Strong knowledge of the SF Bay Area construction market.
• CRM system experience.
• Understanding of sales process from identification to close.
• Construction/restoration experience preferred.
• Local travel 70%-80%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with owners, engineers, and general contractors.
• Participate in sales meetings, calls, seminars, trade shows, and proposals.
• Proactively manage accounts and expand business with them.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals set by management.
• Create, present, or respond to proposals for customer requirements.
• Manage sales process for projects of varying complexity and value.
