Cambium, a modern American wood manufacturer and technology company, seeks an Architectural Sales Manager for Northern California. You will be the first architect-focused seller in the state, building long-term relationships with firms, driving design inclusion for Cambium products, and navigating spec processes from initial contact through PO.

You will work across salvaged hardwood panels, millwork, and Arbor Wood projects, partnering with dealers and an inbound team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years selling architectural/building products to architects/designers in Northern California.
• Knowledge of materials libraries, spec sections, and submittal processes.
• Proven ability to develop firm-level relationships and win design work.

Responsabilités

• Build and own a portfolio of Bay Area architecture and design firms.
• Introduce Cambium products in schematic design and design development.
• Maintain project specs through value engineering and manage the PO process.
• Deliver CEU presentations and lunch-and-learns in your portfolio.
• Collaborate with California dealers to ensure product flow to projects.
• Maintain a credible pipeline with weekly reporting on market signals.
• Manage direct accounts and residential referrals with clear handoffs to inside sales.
