Skyworks' BAW Research & Development Internships are offered in our Technology & Manufacturing (TMG) business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Required Experience and Skills

• Pursuing MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• Completed some course work in RF/Microwave circuit design
• Experience with electromagnetic/RF simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, AWR etc.)
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiar with RF measurement and its equipment: spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Desired Experience and Skills

• Experience with filter design, impedance matching, or RF packaging is desired

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
