Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Software Engineer to join our Battlespace Awareness team. You will support core tools and, for ML‑focussed candidates, help stand up infrastructure to optimize system parameters and detect regressions in CI.

This is a US‑based role requiring authorization to work in the United States and eligibility for an active US Secret security clearance. You’ll work with Python, Rust, C++, or C on low‑latency software, apply strong software fundamentals, and leverage GitHub/CI

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Python, Rust, C++, or C.
• Strong software fundamentals: OO, FP, REST API design.
• Experience building low-latency or real-time software.
• Experience with software testing including Robot Framework.
• Comfortable with AI coding assistants as part of workflow.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Machine learning background in hyperparameter optimization, anomaly detection, and explainable ML.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for an active US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide software engineering and development support for core team tools.
• Help stand up ML infrastructure to optimize parameters and detect regressions in CI.
• Collaborate on multi-target tracking, data fusion, and mission planning tools.
