Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Battlespace Awareness team. You will provide software engineering support for core tools and help stand up ML infrastructure to improve parameter optimization and detect performance regressions in CI.

The role requires strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust, plus experience with real-time systems, testing, and GitHub/CI workflows. US work authorization and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Python, Rust, C++, or C.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, FP, REST API design.
• Experience with low-latency or real-time software.
• Experience with testing including Robot Framework testing and integration test development.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide software engineering and development support for core tools on the Battlespace Awareness team.
