Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team. You will provide software engineering support for core tools and help stand up ML infrastructure to improve parameter optimization and detect performance regressions in CI.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Python, Rust, C++, or C with a proven track record.
• Experience with object-oriented and functional programming, and REST API design.
• Experience building low-latency or real-time software; strong testing background (Robot Framework).
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide software engineering and development support for core tools in the Battlespace Awareness team.
• Assist in standing up ML infrastructure to optimize system parameters and detect regressions in CI.
• Contribute to development of real-time, mission-critical software.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate algorithms for multi-target tracking and data fusion.
