DLH Corp in Charleston, SC is seeking a Battlespace Awareness CM/ILS Computer Systems Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps to support end-to-end logistics for complex electronic and C4ISR systems.

The role requires defense life-cycle logistics expertise, DAWIA or equivalent certification, and an active Secret clearance. You will develop Power Apps and Power BI tools, maintain inventories, and collaborate with IPTs to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle logistics support of electronic systems, including logistics principles, practices, and processes.
• At least one (1) year of support with C4ISR or similar systems, including analyzing data and developing logistics plans.
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle Logistics Foundational/Level 1 or equivalent training, or four years total experience in defense logistics.
• Proficient with inventory management software to verify inventory levels and generate reports.
• Ability to automate logistics reporting using software suites to enable real-time inventory monitoring.
• Proficient with CMPro, MS Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query for inventory verification and reporting.
• Active Secret Clearance required on hire.

Overview

The CM/ILS Program is seeking a qualified Systems Analyst who brings experience with Microsoft Power Apps and knowledge of defense life-cycle logistics for complex electronic and C4ISR systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI development, with a proven ability to analyze technical data and system specifications to ensure effective and compliant logistics solutions.

This individual will support end-to-end life cycle management activities, including provisioning, maintenance planning, engineering change management, and configuration control, while collaborating across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and program stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate strong familiarity with Navy logistics processes and systems, and the ability to develop, manage, and execute logistics plans, training materials, and sustainment documentation to ensure operational readiness and mission success.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes.
• Experience shall include at least one (1) year of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
• Individual shall have Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act(DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Foundational/Level 1; demonstrate/specify equivalent life cycle logistics training; or possess an additional one (1) year (i.e., total 4 years minimum experience) working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.
• Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports.
• They will also automate logistics reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real-time inventory monitoring.
• Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools such as CMPro, MS Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports.
