Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a Systems Analyst to support end-to-end life cycle logistics for complex electronic and C4ISR systems. You will leverage MS Power Apps and Power BI expertise to analyze data, develop logistics plans, and maintain provisioning and sustainment documentation.

Ideal candidates have DAWIA Lifecycle Logistics training or equivalent, experience with Navy logistics processes, and a current Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of defense logistics experience in acquisition support of electronic systems.
• At least one year supporting C4ISR or similar systems; include data analysis and logistics planning.
• DAWIA Lifecycle Logistics (Foundational/Level 1) certification or equivalent training, or additional 1 year defense logistics experience.
• Proficient with inventory management software to verify inventory and generate reports.
• Experience automating logistics reporting using these software suites.
• Proficient with CMPro, MS Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query for inventory verification and reporting.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide part/provisioning research for fleet support cases.

Overview

The CM/ILS Program is seeking a qualified Systems Analyst who brings experience with Microsoft Power Apps and knowledge of defense life-cycle logistics for complex electronic and C4ISR systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI development, with a proven ability to analyze technical data and system specifications to ensure effective and compliant logistics solutions.

This individual will support end-to-end life cycle management activities, including provisioning, maintenance planning, engineering change management, and configuration control, while collaborating across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and program stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate strong familiarity with Navy logistics processes and systems, and the ability to develop, manage, and execute logistics plans, training materials, and sustainment documentation to ensure operational readiness and mission success.

• Support Data calls for current ship baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes.
• Experience shall include at least one (1) year of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
• Individual shall have Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Foundational/Level 1; demonstrate/specify equivalent life cycle logistics training; or possess an additional one (1) year (i.e., total 4 years minimum experience) working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.
• Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports.
• They will also automate logistics reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real-time inventory monitoring.
• Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools such as CMPro, MS Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports.
