Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Warehouse Team Member II in Middleton, WI to maintain a well-stocked, organized warehouse and support Route Service Managers. Responsibilities include loading/unloading batteries, restocking, and safe operation of equipment on a fast-paced site.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, solid communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role may involve driving, handling payments, and occasional back-up duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of carrier operations and distribution methods is a plus.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or forklift; clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload batteries.
• Restock batteries and manage inventory.
• Operate forklift and assist with route service deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment and accurate reporting.
• Back up as NAC Delivery Specialist or RSM when needed.
• Handle payments on account when required.
