Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or MS/PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Mechanical engineering background with strong CFD and thermal modeling foundations.
• Expert-level AEDT (Ansys Electronics Desktop) and ICEPAK proficiency.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Generate models to convert power maps into thermal outputs.
• Perform advanced thermal/CFD simulations for cell, pack, and BMS subsystems and system-wide analyses.
• Use best-in-class tools to create simulation models and results.
• Develop optimized workflows and reusable templates for recurring simulations.
• Collaborate with CAE vendors to improve functionality and explore new analysis methods.
• Extract Reduced Order Models (ROM) from CFD simulations to accelerate studies.
