Infotree Global Solutions in Cupertino, CA seeks a Battery Thermal Engineer to model thermal performance across products. You will be embedded with the Product Design team from early concept to prototyping, performing advanced Thermal/CFD simulations to understand boundary conditions at cell, pack, and BMS subsystems.

The ideal candidate has an MS or PhD with 3+ years in industry, strong CFD and thermal modeling skills, and expert AEDT/Icepak scripting; familiarity with Cadence Allegro and

Qualifications

• MS or PhD with at least 3 years industry experience in thermal/CFD.
• Strong CFD and thermal modeling background in mechanical engineering.
• AEDT Python or other scripting experience for AEDT.
• Familiarity with Cadence Allegro and electronics layout.
• Experience with Li-ion cells and battery packs.

Responsabilités

• Perform thermal modeling for all products.
• Integrate with Product Design team from early stages.
• Provide design guidance on thermal impact of features.
• Conduct advanced Thermal/CFD simulations to evaluate boundary conditions at cell, pack, and BMS subsystems.
