Ascentek is hiring a Battery Technician Operator in Minnesota. The role focuses on shipping, picking and packing batteries, forklift operation, and maintaining inventory using a warehouse management system.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year warehouse experience preferred. Certification for forklift is recommended but not required; training will be provided per safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more years in a warehouse setting recommended.
• Good attention to detail and flexibility are valued.
• Knowledge of quality management systems is helpful.
• Knowledge of inspection processes is helpful.
• Ability to follow English - written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or pallet jacks to pick and ship orders.
• Receive vendor receipts and transfers.
• Inspect materials for nonconformities.
• Use the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP).
• Load trucks with hand jack or forklift; wrap pallets.
• Prepare hazardous materials for shipment.
• Pack cartons correctly and stack on pallets.
• Follow supervisor instructions and report non-conformities.
