Ascentek in Minnesota is seeking a Battery Technician Operator for first shift in a warehouse environment. You will perform shipping tasks, operate forklift, pick and ship orders, maintain inventory in the warehouse management system, and ensure safe handling of batteries.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year warehouse experience, and willingness to obtain forklift certification. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22–$25, benefits, and a climate controlled facility.

Qualifications

• One or more years in warehouse setting recommended.
• Knowledge of quality management system and inspection processes.
• Ability to follow English – written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Using forklift and/or pallet jacks to pick orders.
• Receiving of vendor receipts and transfers.
• Inspection materials for nonconformities.
• Use the warehouse management system.
• Operate hand jack or forklift to load trucks.
• Preparation of hazardous materials for shipment.
• Pack cartons correctly and stack cartons on pallets.
• Follow work instructions as given by supervisor, line staff, or Quality Manual.
• Report non-conformities to the supervisor.
