Job summary

Ascentek in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking a Battery Technician Operator on the first shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm). The role involves shipping tasks, forklift operation, and maintaining inventory accuracy using our warehouse management system.

The successful candidate will handle packing, loading, and safe battery handling in a fast-paced warehouse. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in a warehouse setting, with attention to detail and basic

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
One or more years in a warehouse setting.
Knowledge of quality management system.
Knowledge of inspection processes.
Ability to follow English written and verbal instructions.
Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Use forklift and/or pallet jacks to pick orders.
Receive vendor receipts and transfers.
Inspect materials for nonconformities.
Utilize the warehouse management system.
Load trucks with hand jack or forklift and prepare hazardous materials for shipment.
Pack cartons and stack on pallets.
Follow supervisor instructions and report non-conformities.
