Job summary

Continental Battery Co. seeks an Automotive Technician to join our field service team. You will install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, repair and replace batteries of all sizes for our customers, often on-site at customer locations.

You’ll use your knowledge of battery products and equipment, perform light maintenance, and help ensure safe, reliable battery solutions while delivering excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of Company products and services.
• Obtain referrals from customers and generate leads.
• Educate customers on promoted products and identify opportunities for expanding use of Company products and services.
• Assist retail customers and perform battery installations; may perform light automotive maintenance.
• Load and offload vehicles, prepare shipments, ensure warehouse is orderly, safe, and clean.
• Label products, perform battery charging and reconditioning, and conduct inventory counts.
