Job summary

Universal Lithium Battery Supply - ULBS Europe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Trainer in Houston, TX. You will deliver hands-on support for CAN Bus and PLC-based battery systems, and craft service bulletins and training materials for dealers and internal teams.

You will also manage CRM entries for support cases and provide structured training sessions, typically two classes per month, to strengthen product knowledge and problem solving across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 5+ years CAN Bus/PLC experience.
• Strong electronics and electrical theory knowledge.
• Experience with Lithium-Ion battery BMS/BMU is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for industrial battery systems (CAN Bus, PLC, A/C & D/C control).
• Develop technical documents, service bulletins and training materials.
• Manage CRM database entries for support issues.
