Job summary

You will develop templates, assessments, job aids, and tools for battery systems, thermal management, and manufacturing processes, collaborating with SMEs and engineers to ensure accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical training or manufacturing training.
• Experience in high voltage battery environment.
• Knowledge of electronic processes, battery safety and components.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, training tools, and content development software.
• LMS administration or training experiences a plus.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases or LMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and develop high-quality learning materials for LMS, video-based and virtual instructor‑led training.
• Develop learning templates, assessments, tools, and job aids to promote learner‑focused culture.
• Ensure employees receive accurate training on battery systems, thermal management components and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Engineers to develop training materials related to battery safety and handling protocols, manufacturing and assembly procedures, thermal management products and systems.
• Ensure training programs meet regulatory, safety, and industry standards for batteries, electronics, aerospace, and energy systems.
• Update and maintain training documents and create new materials for various departments and functions.
• Other job‑related duties as assigned.
