Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in automotive, electrification, energy storage, or Li-ion battery industry.
• Knowledge of requirements management and product development processes (IATF 16949, APQP, V-Model).
• Technical expertise in Li-ion battery systems, energy storage, EV powertrains, or related technologies.
• Experience with engineering tools such as CANalyzer, MATLAB, or similar applications.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and project management for battery system programs.
• Develop technical layouts, concepts, and proposals in response to customer requirements.
• Coordinate system interfaces across engineering, manufacturing, QA, and other departments as a technical liaison.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Collaborate across multiple locations to improve project execution and communication.
• Support root cause investigations and resolve non-conformance issues.
• Utilize engineering tools to support product development and analysis.
• Assist with product commissioning at customer sites, remotely and onsite.
