Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a BSA Production Specialist to support daily production operations in the Battery System Assembly area. You will assist with assembly processes, drive improvements, and serve as a technical resource for production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Materials, you will help resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and coach supervisors on standardized work

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required and manufacturing experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

Maximize production efficiency while ensuring high-quality battery system products.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Use structured problem-solving to drive rapid, sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with Process Engineering to reduce scrap, cycle time, and downtime.
Ensure adherence to data collection, documentation, and process controls.
