Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator to join the Battery Energy Storage team. The coordinator will support onboarding, training administration, and LMS management for the group, ensuring timely delivery of courses.

Location is MN headquarters, Golden Valley, MN; this is a full-time, on-site role focused on coordinating ILT classes, reporting, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires and existing staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of office experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting data.
• Experience coordinating meetings or training events.
• Familiarity with database software (i.e. Access), graphics software, and/or e-learning authoring tools.
• Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training for Battery Energy Storage group.
• Run LMS reports on completion status and scheduling.
• Schedule and manage ILT classes, caterings, materials.
• Act as on-site coordinator for ILT classes with setup and attendance.
• Support additional tasks as needed.
