Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized Project Manager, Commercial Operations to oversee multiple battery energy storage projects from contract execution to delivery. This role reports to the Managing Partner and collaborates with operations, engineering, and logistics teams.

The position is hybrid in Sausalito, CA with onsite 1–2 days per week; base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 plus benefits, and offers direct exposure to senior leadership within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in project management or commercial operations.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems is required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with external dependencies.
• Ability to build and maintain operational systems using Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets.
• Hands-on with automation tools such as Notion automations, Slack workflows, Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Onsite in Sausalito, California 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple battery energy storage projects from commercial handoff to delivery.
• Create and manage project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain visibility across status, requirements, and schedules.
• Coordinate with battery, inverter and EMS suppliers on open items and timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers and partners.
• Maintain trackers for contracts, orders, logistics and invoicing.
• Ensure systems are current, decision-ready and audit-ready.
• Manage contract administration and invoicing cycles end-to-end.
• Develop automations across Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with leadership on priorities and cross-functional needs.
