The role involves managing safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance. The ideal candidate will have over five years of construction experience and three years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering resources and maintaining relationships with EPC partners, while ensuring project expectations are met. Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of Construction experience, including on-site experience.
Must have 3+ years of Supervisory experience in a Construction leadership role.
PMP Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Projects and Substation Projects.
Ensure Project Safety, Scheduling, Budget, Contract Management, and Quality.
Lead by example on safety practices and job hazard analysis.
