Job summary

EnerSys is hiring a Service Center Technician in Carrollton, TX to repair, adjust and prepare batteries for shipment. You will replace defective parts, test and manage charging parameters, and maintain records. Occasional travel to customer sites and forklift operation are required.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read manuals in English. You will handle loading, unloading, and testing activities in a plant/warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent accepted; mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Able to read manuals and procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, clean or prepare batteries for shipment.
• Replace components, test batteries, and set charging parameters.
• Load/unload shipments and document performance records.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to diagnose and repair equipment.
