Job summary

sonnen is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the battery module reassembly line, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality. You will train operators, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements across tooling, process instructions, and material flow, scaling from pilot to full production.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing development of standard work practices and safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership or supervision.
• Ability to train and develop production personnel.
• Experience reading work instructions, process docs and drawings.
• Comfortable on the manufacturing floor with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all stations of the battery module reassembly line.
• Train employees, troubleshoot issues, and support line startup.
• Monitor daily production, staffing, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety.
• Identify safety, ergonomics, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop standardized work and operating procedures.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement culture.
