Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Previous leadership role required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AAS degree or higher preferred.
• Electronics assembly and ESD experience a plus.
• Background in general assembly with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employees and frontline leads on the manufacturing floor.
• Provide training and mentoring on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with site leadership on manufacturing strategy and shift planning.
• Lead a diverse team to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-optimized production.
• Set expectations, give feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Identify risks to performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate improvement ideas clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Monitor production KPIs and adjust operations to meet targets.
• Delegate responsibilities to manage a dynamic environment.
• Support a positive work atmosphere and resolve conflicts.
