Job summary

Sonnen is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the battery module reassembly line, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality standards. You will supervise production employees, drive continuous improvement, and support new product and process introductions while scaling the operation from pilot builds to full production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise battery module reassembly line to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production.
• Train employees, troubleshoot issues, and provide support at any workstation as needed.
• Monitor daily production activities, staffing, quality performance, and throughput to meet goals.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to start up lines, validate processes, and ramp production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, ergonomics, material flow, tooling, fixtures, and overall efficiency.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain standardized work practices and operating procedures.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety across the operation.
