Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Quality Program Engineer - Battery in the NAO region to coordinate project quality activities and serve as the quality representative on the Core Development Team. You will establish quality objectives, manage dashboards, and lead APQP and PPAP deliverables for prototype to first-article production.

The role requires analyzing trial data, driving corrective actions, and coordinating audits and customer interface while traveling about 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent major in Engineering or Business.
• APQP, FMEA, PPAP knowledge and experience.
• Ability to coordinate quality tasks and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project quality related tasks within the Core Development Team.
• Act as the quality representative on the Core Development Team; manage quality objectives and dashboards.
• Lead APQP activities, participate in PPAP submissions, and manage quality files.
• Perform trial data analysis, identify process variations, and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external pre-production audits and manage customer interfaces.
