Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging operations with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Coach and develop a diverse team of packaging operators on the floor.
• Set daily expectations, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate packaging schedules based on material availability and orders.
• Ensure labeling, traceability, and shipment readiness meet specs.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve uptime.
