Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking an Operations Packaging Supervisor to lead finished-product packaging operations at our McCarran facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, and timely customer-ready packaging while developing a strong team on the packaging line.

You will partner with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Engineering to maintain reliable packaging and product flow, with emphasis on operator capability and safety culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in packaging or production operations.
• Experience supervising frontline teams.
• Ability to coach and develop operators.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finished-product packaging operations with safety and quality in mind.
• Coach, train, and develop a diverse packaging team.
• Maintain presence on the production floor and model expected behaviors.
• Set daily expectations, assign work, and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate packaging schedules, staffing, and priorities.
• Ensure packing activities meet specifications and traceability.
