Job summary

Redwood Materials Inc. is hiring a Production Associate at our McCarran, NV operations.

You will support the safe, efficient movement, processing, and handling of batteries and materials across the production flow, with emphasis on inventory accuracy, equipment operation, and adherence to safety standards. You will operate conveyors, shredding and milling equipment, and material handling gear, while maintaining data in WMS/MES systems and supporting shifts as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Experience operating production and material-handling equipment, including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production line operations, including material sampling and equipment monitoring.
• Move materials, stage inventory, and ensure accurate documentation and labeling.
• Operate material-processing and packaging equipment as trained.
• Use warehouse and production-tracking systems to keep records up to date.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and material reconciliation.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE rules, and environmental/HAZMAT guidelines as required.
