Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• SolidWorks proficiency and strong process design knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput.
• Lead or participate in capital improvement and cost-reduction projects.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Support NPI and manufacturability assessments for new products.
