Job summary

Lithion Battery Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing test systems for battery pack production.

You will work with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations to support testing, troubleshoot failures, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have strong electrical/test engineering background, hands-on experience with EOL and PCBA testing, and expertise with data analysis to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 3+ years in test engineering or electronics testing in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and PCB testing.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production testing of battery packs, subassemblies, and components (EOL, functional, safety, performance).
• Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on support to improve productivity and reliability of tests.
• Design, develop, and maintain test equipment and fixtures.
• Analyze test data, generate reports, and lead root cause investigations.
