Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Battery Build Technician (2nd Shift - Contract) in Garden Grove, CA to lead hands-on assembly of battery modules and packs for prototype and production builds. You will train peers, set up instructions and quality checkpoints, and work closely with production and design teams to resolve throughput and quality issues.

Requirements include a HS diploma, ability to lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds occasionally), and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience creating and following instructions to build complex assemblies with precision.
Detail-oriented and meticulous with accuracy in documentation.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Able to work well in a team and solve problems collaboratively.
Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Build prototype battery modules and packs, learning the full production process.
Train the next group of Battery Production Associates for prototypes and production builds.
Set up work instructions and quality checkpoints for battery production.
Configure workstation layouts to optimize safety, quality, and throughput.
Collaborate with Production and Design teams to identify and address throughput and quality issues.
