Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop chemical processes for battery active materials to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to operate production-scale tools.
• Champion process improvements and coordinate with external vendors for custom equipment.
• Analyze data and apply SPC to troubleshoot out-of-spec lots.
• Build coin cells to quantify electrochemical performance of R&D materials.
• Own preventive maintenance planning and equipment health monitoring.
