LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Technical Operator (Temporary-to-Hire) to support battery production in Holland, MI.

Working through Aerotek, you will operate production equipment and use GMES systems in a climate-controlled environment to help meet production goals. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, monitoring quality, maintaining records, adhering to 5S standards, and following safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 to 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with production equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and materials for production.
• Operate equipment and input materials according to OP Manual.
• Conduct self-inspection and check quality.
• Maintain production records in GMES system.
• Track non-conformances and scraps.
• Follow health/safety/environmental regulations.
• Perform 5S audits and maintain logs.
• Keep work area clean per 5S3R standards.
