Gotion Inc. is seeking an Environmental Equipment Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of environmental protection equipment in a lithium battery manufacturing facility.

This hands-on role ensures stable performance and compliance with emission requirements. The position requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong preventive maintenance knowledge, and the ability to read technical docs.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of environmental equipment principles and structures in lithium battery or chemical manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with environmental emission standards and equipment-related compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of daily operation and preventive maintenance processes for environmental equipment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience with pumps, piping, electrical/control faults, and emission parameter deviations.
• 2+ years of experience in environmental equipment design, manufacturing, commissioning, operation, or maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, P&IDs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily environmental equipment maintenance.
• Perform daily inspections and establish maintenance standards and procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment for high availability and stable performance.
• Diagnose and resolve abnormal operating conditions, including pump/electrical issues and emission deviations.
• Support daily operation, start-up, commissioning, and system debugging of environmental equipment.
• Lead technical upgrades, process optimization, and new equipment introductions.
• Manage chemical dosing systems, including preparation, ratio control, and safe application.
• Maintain equipment documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with utilities, production, and EHS teams to support plant operations.
