Motive Workforce is seeking a Battery Engineer specializing in Power Electronics for an innovative technology company in California. You will work hands-on across the full battery development lifecycle, from design and prototyping through testing, validation, and production.

The ideal candidate has a strong EE background with practical experience in lithium-ion battery systems, BMS, power electronics, PCB development, and manufacturing.

Competenze

• Hands-on engineering across the full battery development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Experience with lithium-ion battery systems and safety considerations.
• Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics design.

Mansioni

• Support battery system development from concept to manufacturing.
• Translate requirements into reliable, manufacturable battery solutions.
• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system diagrams.
• Support PCB/ASIC development and fabrication.
• Improve manufacturing processes and quality controls.
• Analyze data to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors.
• Contribute to technical documentation and proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
