Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial projects preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage changing project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination meetings from preconstruction to close-out.
• Oversee procurement process, bidding strategy, and bid evaluation.
• Develop project schedule and manage mobilization and permits.
• Monitor general conditions budget and cash flow analysis.
• Support Superintendent with owner and subcontractor communications.
• Coordinate personnel and resources; supervise jobsite staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients and Barton Malow team.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
