Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily site operations for safe, high‑quality delivery of Battery Energy Storage System projects. This full‑time role is on a jobsite in Holbrook, AZ and may require travel to support field teams and vendors.

You will help implement the project quality plan, manage documentation, and coordinate with subcontractors, craft personnel, and the supply chain to keep the project on schedule while

Qualifications

• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan.
• Review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members.
• Perform document control functions during the execution of the project to include submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors including tracking on-site material.
• Collect, maintain, and timely submit project closeout documentation.
• Ensure all drawing redlines are captured and developed into record drawings for submittal.
• Engage peers and management with lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Compare project design parameters with project estimate and report deviations for review.
• Enforce SOLV standards and OSHA policies to promote safety.
