Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a dependable route delivery teammate to deliver batteries to dealers and maintain a well-stocked, organized warehouse. You will support Route Managers and ensure timely runs, loading and unloading as needed.

The role requires a clean driving record, valid license, and the ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Forklift operation is required; you will wear protective gear and follow safety procedures in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and forklift.
• Must have current, valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.

Responsibilities

• Run the Hot Shots and assigned routes on a timely basis as needed.
• Load and unload batteries.
• Restock batteries.
• Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations.
• Charge, test, clean, and date adjustment batteries.
• Accurately complete reports and claims.
