Carrier in the United States is seeking a Battery Conformity, Integration and Project Manager to ensure US conformity of battery components and to lead integration projects with a focus on cost, scope, and on-time delivery. You will represent the Global Battery Center in the US and collaborate with engineering, product management, and regulatory teams.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in project planning and coordination, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant project management experience.
• 5+ years coordinating and implementing business project processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee battery regulation and US market conformity requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Capture and manage customer/system requirements for US applications.
• Coordinate integration of battery modules into system level.
• Lead handover from development to production with manufacturing, purchasing and QA teams.
