Anthro is seeking a Battery Cell Technician to support development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. You will work hands-on with materials, assemblies, and testing to ensure quality and performance.
Key responsibilities include building and testing cells per SOPs, performing capacity and cycle life tests, handling materials safely, and collecting data for reports to engineers and R&D. A HS diploma or GED and 1–3 years in a lab are required.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Battery Cell Technician to support the development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure product quality and performance. This role is critical for Anthro to deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects.
HS Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Relevant technical experience may be considered in place of direct battery experience.
May occasionally be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs. and work with chemicals following written safety protocols. Ability to lift, squat, kneel, use step ladders, manipulate hand, and power tools.
Competitive salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience. Expected salary range is $32-45 / hour.
