Job summary

Anthro is seeking a Battery Cell Technician to support development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. You will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure quality and performance.

Responsibilities include building and testing cells, evaluating capacity and thermal performance, and maintaining safety protocols. Collaborative environment with engineers and R&D teams. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Education: HS Diploma or GED.
1–3 years of laboratory experience.
Hands-on experience measuring and handling chemicals in small quantities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Build and test battery cells following SOPs.
Conduct performance evaluations (capacity, cycle life, thermal tests).
Handle materials, cells, and electrolytes with safety protocols.
Operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, environmental chambers.
Collect and document test data; generate reports for engineering/R&D.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize performance and processes.
Follow safety guidelines for lithium-ion chemistries and dispose of hazardous materials.
