Job summary

Anthro Energy, Inc. seeks a Battery Cell Technician to support development, testing and manufacturing of battery cells in Alameda, CA. You will work hands-on with materials, assembly processes and testing to ensure product quality and performance.

The role requires 1–3 years in a lab setting, HS Diploma or GED, and the ability to follow SOPs with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Expect to operate cell testers and environmental chambers, and to document results for engineers and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years lab experience; battery experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test battery cells following SOPs.
• Conduct capacity, cycle life, and thermal tests.
• Handle battery materials, cells and electrolytes with safety protocols.
• Operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers and environmental chambers.
• Collect and document test data and generate reports for engineering/R&D teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize performance and processes.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and proper hazardous waste disposal.
