Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Production Operator in Henderson, NV. The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities include assembling battery components, operating hand and power tools, and interpreting drawings and work instructions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing production processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to change, and rotate through different tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs continually.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery components including loading cells, soldering, hand crimping, ultrasonic welding, and resistance spot welding.
• Operate hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns.
• Interpret work instructions, workmanship criteria, and technical drawings.
• Participate in continuous improvement training and cross-training across departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support production needs.
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of automation machines.
• Report and resolve issues related to rejected parts to maintain production flow.
