Job summary

XL Pro National in Las Vegas is hiring a Production Operator I to support battery manufacturing and assembly. You will operate production equipment, assemble components, and help maintain smooth production flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be required; full-time position with $16.50 hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery components: loading cells, connectors, soldering, crimps, welding.
• Operate hand and power tools such as glue guns and hot air guns.
• Read and follow work instructions, workmanship criteria, and drawings.
• Monitor automation machines to ensure proper operation and flow.
• Identify, report and help resolve issues with rejected parts.
• Follow production, quality and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.
• Maintain an organized, safe work area.
• Perform additional duties to support production needs.
